Terry Penner, President and Director. Term ends October 2025.
Terry and his wife, Michele have owned a vacation home in Bretton Woods since 1996. After spending over 10 years as weekend warriors, they made Bretton Woods their primary residence in 2007, sold their business in Manchester and started second careers in real estate. Since Peabody & Smith Realty, Inc. took over the real estate office at the entrance to the Bretton Woods Ski Area in 2010, Michele, Terry and now their son Matthew have been fulfilling the aspirations of families that dream of owning a piece of NH's Premier Four-Season Resort, The Omni Mount Washington at Bretton Woods. Terry has served as President of the Forest Cottages HOA, member of the Town of Carroll Building committee and currently is a member of the Town of Carroll Planning Board. 

Sis Bergeron Allen, Treasurer. 
Sis is a Retired CPA. She graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a dual major in Accounting and Computer Science. She later graduated from Bentley College with a Masters in Taxation. She held various Financial Roles with the following Companies: Deloitte, Oak Industries and Graphic Packaging.She was raised in Northern NH and loves the outdoors and being back home. You can generally find her riding and competing with her horses or enjoying spending time with her family.

Sande Collins, Director. Term Ends October 2025. 

Sande has been a member of the Bretton Woods community since 2004, and has served as an RWS Board Member since 2021.

Chris Ellms, Director. Term ends October 2026.
Chris has been the director of Bretton Woods Ski Area since 1997.  His career has spanned 35 years in the ski industry beginning as the general manager of Whaleback Ski Area; followed up by leading Ragged Mountain resort for 7 years.  Working as Von Roll Tramways Eastern North American Sales Manager led Chris to his present position at Bretton Woods.  Chris sits on the Board of Ski NH, as well as the board of New England Disabled Sports.  Raised in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, his life has revolved around mountaineering and skiing and, of course, family.  Chris and his wife Rose have three children, Madeline, Jen and Chris Jr, and they currently reside in Sugar Hill, NH.

Taylor Guerin, Director. Term Ends October 2026.
Taylor is a retired self-employed businessman. He graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a major in Political Science and a minor in Business Administration. While in Colorado he interned within the Denver District Attorney's Office. In Pennsylvania he purchased, owned and operated a family business for over 25 years. Has been blessed with 40 wonderful years of marriage. Is a family man. Retired at 55 and purchased a "Little Piece of Heaven in Bretton Woods. He has served with great interest as a Board member on three different Boards during his retirement.
